Territorial Division of Bratislava
The territory of Bratislava is for administrative purposes devided
into 5 dictricts.
Bratislava I – covers the historical centre of the city
- Stare mesto
(Old Town). This is where the most tourist attractions are.
Bratislava II – covers the eastern part of the city and
includes the municipal districts of Ruzinov,
Vrakuna
and Podunajske Biskupice.
Bratislava III – covers the north of the city centre
and includes the municipal disctirct of Nove
Mesto, Raca
and Vajnory.
Bratislav IV – covers the western part of the city with
the municipal disctrict of Karlova
Ves, Dubravka,
Lamac, Devin,
Devinska
Nova Ves and Zahorska
Bystrica.
Bratislava V – covers the sothern bank of the Danuber
with municipal districts of Petrzalka,
Jarovce, Rusovce
and Cunovo. |
