With about eight nature reserves found inside this gorgeous park, there are hiking trails that extend to about 300 kilometers and unveil chains, ladders and bridges. The Dobsinska Ice cave found inside the park is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000 and is open to the public. Also, the Slovak Paradise National Park unveils chasms, canyons, meadows, gorges, caves and waterfalls. The ravines that can be spotted along the walking trails are difficult ones to negotiate, as it also happens to be a popular tourist activity.

The section pertaining to River Hornad is a significant spot, as a canyon by the name of Prielom Hornadu is produced here.

The most beautiful ravines that can be spotted at the Slovak Paradise National Park include the Sokolia dolina, Kysel, Piecka, Velky and Maly Sokol and the Sucha Bela. The highest peak of Predna hola provides a panoramic view of the surroundings.
