Low Tatras

The Low Tatras happens to be a mountain range found in Central Slovakia. Low Tatras shines with the touristic glitter as the very many ski resorts found here aid the tourists during their visit to explore Low Tatras. Jasna, Tale and Myto pod Dumbierom are some of the known resorts as these are hubs of cross-country skiing trails and hiking. Jasna is also served by that of Liptovsky Mikulas, the tourist town found in the vicinity.

   

Liptovsky Mikulas also excels as a tourist town during the summer as kayaking as well as boating, rafting on the lake and hiking are some of the activities that attract the attention of the tourists. The Tatralandia Aqua Park is yet another attraction in this region. Donovaly is a significant tourist centre here as it happens to be the starting point for the exciting hikes to be carried out in the western part related to the Low Tatras mountains. Another interesting activity happens to be the visit to the caves as that of Bystrianska jaskyna during the visit to the Low Tatras region in Slovakia.
