Rimavské Brezovo

Rimavské Brezovo is located in the southeastern part of Slovakia, about 18 km north of Rimavská Sobota. The main place of interest in the village is the 13th century Lutheran church.  Rimavské Brezovo

Kyjatice

Kyjatice is located in the southeastern part of Slovakia, in the Rimavská Sobota District. Kyjatice’s Romanesque-Gothic style church dates from the 13th century; it was rebuilt in both the 15th and the 17th centuries. Kyjatice

Šivetice

The Šivetice Rotunda, the only round church in the Gemer area, can be found on the cemetery-hill above the village. It has a belfry standing next to it, and is surrounded by a protective wall.  Šivetice

Štítnik

The Gothic style Lutheran church dates from the 14th-15th centuries. The frescoes inside the church were painted in the 14th-16th centuries by Italian artists of the Renaissance Period.

Rimavská Baňa

The main attraction of the village is the Romanesque style church, on the side of the hill, which dates from 13th century. At the start of the 15th century, the Hussites took possession of the church and turned it into a fortification.  Rimavská Baňa

Kraskovo

The small village of Kraskovo is located in the southeastern part of Slovakia, about 15 km north of Rimavská Sobota.
